nana&poppy2526 Posted August 5, 2008 #1 Share Posted August 5, 2008 My husband & I will be visiting Ocho Rios in December '08 from a Mariner of the Sea cruise. Because my husband enjoys gambling, I thought we would visit one of the Ocho Rios' casinos, but as I read about how uncomfortable visitors feel there I'm wondering if we really want to do that. Has anyone visited an OR casino? Are they typical casinos, or are they more what you'd call a "hole in the wall"?

nana&poppy2526 Posted August 5, 2008 Author #4 Share Posted August 5, 2008 I googled "Casinos in Ocho Rios" and got many responses, but in this one: http://jamaica-guide.info/attractions/casinos/ there are three casinos listed in Ocho Rios!

Scooters Posted August 6, 2008 #7 Share Posted August 6, 2008 Yeah, I'd be a little concerned about getting rolled going in or out of a Casino. I'm not one to worry, but I'd rather lose my money on the ship or at another port.
