A new CB?

Recommended Posts

We love Princess and have taken the CB on the last four cruises for the timing and Carribean travel.

Thinking of next Feb on the CB again, the Southern Carib. islands, which would all be new for us..

The question is: Do you think with the changes being made during Jan's drydock, will it feel like a new ship?

I guess we want to try new ports, but the only option for that time is a HAL cruise, and we very much like the feel of a Princess ship.

Thanks for your thoughts.

I'm sure it will feel somewhat different, with the Piazza, the Crown Grill, the casino moving up a level, and the new suites on Fiesta. You'll still know your way around pretty well, and it might have a bit of that "new ship smell" depending on how much other stuff gets done, like carpeting and furniture.

If you remodeled your home, adding a family room, expanding the kitchen, redecorating, would it feel like home or a new home? :) A few things will be moved around on the CB and there will be refurbishing but if you liked it before, you'll like it again. IMHO, it's the crew that makes the difference, not the drapes.
