What dates do you need? Most of the time I would skip the shuttle service and take a taxi. Shuttles are usually packed and slow. We might be able to get you a hotel less than a mile from the port and a $10 taxi ride.

There are restaurants and shopping nearby.

Pretty much the same as any other Hampton. Free breakfast. We like it because of the lower HH points it costs and free shuttles to and from FLL and cruise terminal. Pool, workout room. Relatively new. Nice A/C in the rooms and two washers and two dryers.

 

Lots of resturants close by - Red Lobster, Chillis, a couple of local BBQ places. Nice sidewalks for the morning prior walk. The Plantation Mall across the street for shopping. A Target down the street, a couple of liquor stores and an Albertsons.

 

There is a Marriot close by as well.
