My recommendation is to go out on the open deck rather than staying in your cabin so that you have the opportunity to stand on different areas of the ship. lisiamc Posted August 22, 2008 #5 Share Posted August 22, 2008 Even if the weather is bad, be sure to go out and look anyway. We sailed away from Venice on a dark, rainy November evening. My husband took some wonderfully misty, atmospheric photos with me holding an umbrella over him and the camera. I got soaked but the camera stayed dry!
