Best Place For Cc Get-together On The Spirit

NCL Spirit cruisers -- we are trying to plan a Cruise Critic get together around departure time and are looking for suggestions as to where to meet up....I was thinking about the Bier Garten....we want to be near a bar (of course) and outside with great views of the city of Miami as we set sail.
(a back up in case of rain would also be helpful!)

Suggestions???
