FMCowboy Posted August 26, 2008 #1 Share Posted August 26, 2008 On the first night of the cruise, how early can you drop the kids off at Camp Carnival. We have an 8:15 dinner, and Idon't think Camp Carnival is open yet and that's ok, but after dinner we wanted to enjoy some adult fun on the ship. Will it takes us long to get my daughter setup and dropped off after dinner? FM
brokenlola Posted August 26, 2008 #2 Share Posted August 26, 2008 Last time we cruised it was without the kids. But, I just read in a Fantasy Capers the registration was 7:15, I'm not sure if that's the same on all ships.

matj2000 Posted August 26, 2008 #4 Share Posted August 26, 2008 Camp Carnival is not open on the first night. (At least on the 7 night cruises). They usually have an open house/registration.
pungo3 Posted August 26, 2008 #5 Share Posted August 26, 2008 We just cruised last month and Camp Carnival wasn't open on the first night except for the paid after hours which I believe began at 10:00pm. They had orientation and then a couple of family participation events. They were open the remainder of the evenings.

rlmpackersfan Posted August 27, 2008 #9 Share Posted August 27, 2008 I am assuming this is $6 per hour and $4 per hour for the second child. Am I correct?
LHP Posted August 28, 2008 #10 Share Posted August 28, 2008 I am assuming this is $6 per hour and $4 per hour for the second child. Am I correct? Yes, you are correct. This is "a" Caper for that age group. Not specifically the Legend, but all the Carnival ships are pretty consistant in the types of activities. http://good-times.webshots.com/photo/2288606170071922719cFklNS
G'ma Posted August 28, 2008 #11 Share Posted August 28, 2008 how much are babysitting fees afet 12am? and where do they do it at? You have the pricing from others. The "where" is at the Camp Carnival facility. They don't do in-cabin sitting.
