PH8 Posted September 3, 2008 #26 Share Posted September 3, 2008 The latest update on RCCL's website shows Sovereign and Majesty both spending the night in Key West tomorrow evening. Gonna be a busy day/night in town!!! They are so lucky.......I always thought RCCL ships should be in KW at least till after sunset.....
Fury1995 Posted September 3, 2008 Author #27 Share Posted September 3, 2008 I propose the same inquiry I offered on another thread. If there are 3 hurricanes active at the same time in the Atlantic, or Caribbean, or either or both of the aforesaid, would that be a record. This question relates to hurricanes only, not tropical storms or depressions. Actually in 2005, just after Katrina (about a week) there were three active Hurricanes in the Atlantic at the same time: Maria, Nate and Ophelia.
