Need Help!!!

I have a group of about 25 people we will be flying into Seatlle next year (July 20) our plane arrives at 7:40 pm. We than want to go to Vancouver to stay for two days before we board Carnival Spirit. What I need help on the name of shuttle service that would pick us up in Seattle and take us to Vancouver to a hotel , then pick us up two days later and take us to the pier also I need the name of a hotel we can stay.

Quick Shuttle will take you to downtown YVR, to some of the hotels, but I am not sure which ones. They will not take you from hotel to pier. And the latest trip from SEA-Tac to YVR leaves at 7:00 pm, so you would have to wait until the next morning to go up.

For that many people you might want to consider hiring a private bus. We do that in LA for our group (usually around 22-26). Everyone is in the same vehicle, it holds all our luggage and it picks us up on our time. Not sure how practical it is for the trip Seattle to Vancouver but you might check it out for the Vancouver part. We found for the LAX run its cheaper per person then parking or taking a shuttle. Just an option to consider.

Thanks for all of your help! I have another question. We are planning on staying at the Best Western on Granville Street I have read some positive and negative things about the area around the hotel. Most of my group have lived in an inner city before (Washington, D.C. & N.Y.) sould we be to handle it for 2 days. Please tell me your true opinion about the hotel and the area surrounding the hotel?

It is on the south edge of the Granville St. Entertainment District and as such is an area surrouded by bars, clubs, adult books stores, pawn shops and alike. The hotel has as history of prostituion and drugs. Frankly I wouldn't stay there but if the people you are comfortable with this envrionment then it will be ok. Otherwise I would look at the Blue Horizon on Robson, Sandman Inn on W. Georgia, Best Western, Downtown on Drake, or the Moda on Seymour St.
