Sunglasses in St Maarten or St Thomas?

I know that both islands have great shopping for liquor and jewelry, but what about designer sunglasses? Is one island better than the other?

 

I haven't been in a few years, so I'm hoping that someone out there can provide some info.

Not so specific but there were designer sunglasses in many of the jewelry stores in both ports. So, if you are in the market IMHO you can find what you want and then only the price is the question. Enjoy :)

If you are looking for a "deal" you probably won't find it on sunglasses. I actually needed some new ones and priced them before going. They cost more there than they did at home:eek:!

Very True!! We found the same thing with sunglasses. Not all things are a good buy in port, even jewelry and booze is sometimes cheaper at home for us!! You need to know your prices and shop wisely.:)
