your suite on Jewel has a dvd player; a bar; private balcony; bathtub; hairdryer; queen size bed; queen size sofa bed, and stocked frig. Any other questions? u have access to conceirge lounge.

We were just in a grand suite on Jewel (smaller than an owners suite) and had both a VCR and a DVD player. I believe that you can borrow DVDs from the concierge lounge but we were too busy doing other things throughout the ship to ask.:) We were very happy with the GS and its very large balcony.

For the price RCCL charge for the Royal Suites, they should provide you with your own private cinema!!!:D :) :rolleyes: LOL

 

Seriously though, yes you will have a DVD player, but note I see you are from the UK and not sure if you were thinking of bringing your own DVD's as the DVD player we had in a grand suite was USA format and UK format would not work, only tried one though as really didn't have time to use it.
