advice on booking

Ok.. there is this WOW sale for 10 2 (tomorrow)... I am planning on going with dd (15) in April--- told her she can bring friends along... if it is one- we will stay with a balcony. If not-- put all girls in one room...

My question is: can I add people once I have done an inital booking (at whatever the rate is at that tie) and could I move her reservation if I end up needed that 2nd room...

Her friends are still in the parents thinking stage--- but I don't want to miss a sale for us...
