Difference within Category

Can anyone tell me the difference between a D1 and D2?

What is the difference between an E1, E2, and E3.

Is it location, forward or aft or mid, or is it deck?

Just curious because cost between them never seems to be too different, it just seems to change by category.

All D's are the same size and the difference is location and bed configurations, the same holds true for E's as they are all the same size.

It has to do with location, and how may types of bed--some have pullmans--some have sofabeds--some only sleep 2! Look at the deck plans, and at the legend to tell what type of extra beds there are.
