Filled in the paper work on Enchantment to join Crown and Anchor. We have not had any information since returning 20th September. Do they normaly send any information.

How many cruises do you have to take before gaining any benefits.

You begin receiving benefits during your second cruise (the best part will be a coupon book delivered to your stateroom early on in your cruise).

 

I would call Crown and Anchor (the number is on the Royal Caribbean web site) to check to see if your application has been processed. Eventually you should begin to preridically receive a Crown and Anchor membership newsletter in the mail.

Call Crown & Anchor and make sure they have your current mailing address. I periodocally receive something in the mail from Crown & Anchor (it is typically in the form of a mini brochure).

Definitely call the C&A help desk and they will make sure they have all your correct info including your mailing address.

It can take around 8 weeks in the UK for your membership number etc to come through from C&A. If you are cruising again soon you can phone them and request your C&A number :D

When I joined, they told me to wait until I got back to join online, that I would get accepted faster. She said she snail mails the applications she receives on the ship and slows down the process.

WE filled in form on the ship and hesrd nothing so we eventually did it again online and got our numbers.

we joined up during a cruise in June 2008 and we just got our Crown and Anchor membership cards in the mail this week almost 4 months later.
