Cabo Medano Beach?

The short answer is yes. Technically speaking, I suppose it is part of the Sea Of Cortez since it is east of "lands end" and the Arch. From a practical standpoint, it is where the 2 bodies of water meet so it is really a mixture of both.

Is Medano Beach on the Sea of Cortez or on the Pacific?

is this a logistical or trivial question?

logistically:

when you are sitting on Medano beach, you are looking WESTERLY at the Arches across the small bay and the cruise ship(s) visiting for the day. there are several beach clubs ( they love the cruise ship passengers ) that you can get a chair and umbrella, if not too crowded, and food and drinks, but watch your bill, and lots of water play.

water taxi's will take you there and back, but you can comfortably walk from the tender landing. YES! you will ride tenders in Cabo if going ashore!!

although there are resorts and beaches on the Pacific side, swimming is not allowed due to currents.

trivially:

pretty technical call... either may be right
