Don't mean to make it sound so dramatic but the last time I e-mailed them with a question about MTD, they changed my booking to traditional dining. Maybe just an over eager rep but sometimes it isn't easy righting the wrong.:(

You might want to double or triple check emails before you send them if you write like DH. He has a way of making your head spin just asking a simple question. ;)
