I saw your other post about Amtrak. When you get off the train there is absolutely no way you can miss seeing the cruise docks and ships. Walk over there and the embarkation area will be obvious. When ships are docked their bows almost overhang the street along the waterfront!

Not easy to miss. Look for the big ship, then look for the line of cars and cabs going through a check-point onto the pier. You will need to show ID and tickets to get through the check-point and walk in just to the right of the drive.
