Rc Post Cruise Questionairre

I just got this email questionaire for the first time after 11 cruises and filled it out.

 

I had a problem on my trip which I put on the questionairre and left contact information.

 

I am wondering if anyone else has left contact info and actually been notified to talk about it?

 

I called corporate guest relations when we returned and they said they would get back to me after they investigate but they never did.

If you are talking about your September cruise, it's a bit early to expect to hear from them. They are slow at responding. It can take them weeks to months.

 

Be patient.

very odd...I also got an email questionnaire today. And I didn't have any issues.

I just got it today as well and I've only been home for less than two weeks. It's the first time in 9 cruises that this has happened. I wonder if everyone is getting them or just those who put down legitimate concerns? The comment card I filled out on the ship had a scathing report on the food in the dining room. Maybe someone was finally listening. One can only hope.:rolleyes:

I've gotten post cruise email surveys my last few cruises - and haven't had any issues. It's something they've started doing in the last few years.
