Multiple cabins

So I am cruising with my four sons. All adults. What is Carnival’s policy for people in a cabin vs. cost? Do I get three cabins…2 kids in 2 cabins and me by myself in a cabin OR two cabins….3 kids in 1 cabin and 1 kid and me in 1 cabin?

Just wondering?

Thanks

Victor

The first two in a cabin are full price. The 3rd, 4th, and 5th in the same cabin are discounted, paying about 1/2 to 2/3 of the full fare. But If you book with one person in a cabin, you pay a single premium. I think it's about 1.5 times the per person price you would pay if you booked two in that cabin. Bottom line, you're not gonna save much, if any, if you book one in a cabin and four in the other cabin. Best just to book 2 together and 3 together. Whether you get 2 or 3 cabins depends on how much you want to pay.
