Will be on the Freedom in Feb.

Does a junior suite qualify for concierge lounge?

In the casino is there an electronic blackjack table (about 6 seats)

there?

Food in dining room above average?

Is the mystery dinner available on Freedom?

Thanks for any info.

We'll be on her in two weeks. The JS does NOT qualify for concierge privileges. GS and above only.

The food is very subjective. Everyone has their own tastes, but we have never had problem on any cruise.

Don't do the casino thing, so don't know that one.

The Freedom is a great ship, so you should have a good time.

The JS does get 2 C&A credits and priority boarding. No concierge lounge or service, tho.

I don't consider the food "above" average--at least, not for a cruiseline. Think along the lines of Chilis, Applebees, TGIFriday....that sort "cuisine".

I've only played BJ with a real dealer...never looked for an electronic one!

I disagree that the food is along the lines of these casual restaurants.

The food is on the level of catering hall food, like what you'd receive at a wedding or other affair at a large reception hall. Very good, but not gourmet.

The reason I asked about the electronic blackjack was the low minimum bet. They had it on Grandeur of the Seas a few years ago and you could bet $1. That

way your money lasts a lot longer than the usual $5 or $10 minimums with

a live dealer.

BTW the food was the worst I have ever had on a cruise ship.

We had a grand suite on the Grandeur and at that time there was no

concierge on that ship.

Did not play electronic BJ, but I think I saw some machines. As far as the live tables go, the minimum at night was $6 and sometimes it dropped down to $3 during the day.

There is a mystery Dinner Theater. We did it last week and had a blast.
