MIcruiser99 Posted November 6, 2008 #1 Share Posted November 6, 2008 I redeemed points from my RCL visa and wanted to apply them before final payment next week so I followed the advice that I have read here. I called, redeemed my points, and asked for the coupon number. I then called C&A and asked them to apply the coupon. A few hours later, out of curiosity, I looked up my account online and the coupon has been applied! Wow! I had emailed them to see if they could get me a recipe for a Martini that my Mom liked when we had sailed Freedom. Hadn't heard anything so thought, no big deal. Then I happened to be home one day and it was RCL calling. The C&A rep was calling to tell me that they had my email (apologized for the delay) and that he was going to email the ship to get me the recipe and would get back to me.
