How do you find out your room assigned when you have a guarantee?

Is the Holland website in the On board check in the only place. Or does Holland or your TA e-mail you?

On HAL's website -- go to the area "For Booked Guests".

 

Go down to the section "Immigration Form".

 

Put in your BOOKING number.

 

If a cabin has been assigned to you -- it will show up there.

 

Or You can go to Booking Excursions and do the same thing.

I leave in 9 days and was expecting a cabin assignment by now for my SZ GUAR. Does anyone know how likely I am to get an assignment before arriving at the ship? Received our Docs, the other day - still says Guar.

We received ours earlier this week for the 11/17 Noordam.

 

On the roll call, folks in the suites got theirs first.

 

Some folks with inside and outside cabins are still waiting I thinking.

 

I checked mine at 11pm c.s.t. it wasn't there.

 

at 8 am, it was emailed to us.

I have read where some people got their cabin assignments a couple of weeks before the cruise, a week before the cruise, a couple of days before the cruise.

 

And then a couple of people got theirs at the pier.

We leave on the November 15th Eurodam cruise and have a VH guarantee and still don't have an assigned cabin. My TA says that the later they assign the cabin the better it will so I am keeping my fingers crossed that she is right.
