We are planning a 2009 vacation which will include back to back cruises on the Voyager. Question: If we retain the same cabin will we be required to pack up and take luggage off the ship or can we leave it in the cabin?:)

NOPE!!! you get to leave it all there! woo hoo. you will most likely have to go through immigration (not sure from where you will be sailing) but it takes just a few minutes....

B2Bs are the COOLEST! we did it on Enchantment...had a few bumps, but the B2B part was fun. we changed cabins tho, long story.(supposed to have the same one..an Aft JS, but it was very noisy and shook all the time! the noise came from the karaoke bar!)...we were able to get our same dining staff...i asked the maitre d and he worked it all out for us!~

They had us meet near the purser's desk and then walked us off thru custom's right past the rest of the line and then to the desk to get our cards for the next leg and then right back onboard, 20 minutes or so, one guy they had a little trouble getting his card. We were back on for maybe an hour before they let everyone else on the ship. Sweet.!!!

Thanks for the info. We wanted to get off the ship and have lunch with our friends before getting back on. Ray
