We wanted to add another night at Chops Grill but noticed the days and times are very limited now so near the Cruise date. Do they have a waiting list we can get on once on the ship?

You will most likely have no problem getting the day and time that you want when you get on the ship. I would never reserve it ahead online because things can change from week to week.

Suggest you head there as soon as you board (before going to WJ for lunch!) they always hold back a certain amount for those people unable to book online.;)

How realistic is it to get a reservation the day of? We already reserved one night at Chops but is it possible to make a reservation in the morning for that night?
