Is this formal enough?

I have a beautiful white suit that I tried on with a black sparkly blouse and a black sparkly belt to match (I've also got the purse and shoes). I thought it looked really nice. Would this be 'formal' enough for formal nite?

No black hose - Promise!! Actually, my blouse, belt, purse and strappy shoes are all beaded!! Not even going to wear hose....and I promise my toes will be pedicured and polished too!!
