Star Princess since September 2008 Dry Dock

Hello,

 

Has anyone sailed on the Star Princess since this ship was in dry dock for three weeks in September of 2008, and could give me their input as to the food, service and entertainment on this ship. I understand that evaluating a cruise ship is very subjective but still, comments are always helpful, as both positive and negative views are expressed.

 

We are considering a cruise of South America, and we have been on 26 cruises on Princess and the other majors except NCL (nothing against NCL however).
