Need all members of a resv. to check-in/board ship?

Was going to check-in/board the ship before another member of our resv./room arrived. Someone told me that everyone needed to be together at that time. True?

No. You can check in at different times just as long as each person has their own citizenship docs/ID and their own copy of the SetSail Pass.

I would actually advise each member of your party to check in separately online so that only each individual's name is on the Set Sail pass. In theory, everybody who is on the Set Sail pass has to check in together.

If two are sharing a credit card, then they would need to check in together because you need to show the credit card when you check in.

Nope. I've checked in ahead of DH numerous times and just provided that he can charge to my account. When he checked in he didn't even have to show a credit card.
