Cruise Line isn't offering excursions in Martinique--suggestions for tours?

Okay. They're (HAL) finally offering some tours here, including the once I was interested in. However, $89 for a bus tour of St. Pierre and the Botanical Gardens seems a bit steep, even for a ship excursion. Does anyone have any idea why the cost? Or is it just that it seems to be difficult to do this tour on your own, so they can charge what they want?

From what I have read Martinique being French uses the eros and as a result the dollar exchange is not good. Both Martinique and St. Barts are pretty expensive.

in grenada take a taxi cost of 10 $ per person they give you isaland tour of 2 hours good deal great tour!!!!very safe all taxi drivers are unionized and price are the same from cab to cab just 10 $$$
