Rare scubacruiserx2 Posted November 20, 2008 #1 Share Posted November 20, 2008 Has anyone sailed in a FV stateroom on the Constellation? I have been trying to get more information, but Celebrity doesn't have much. Thank you.

Napi's Mom Posted November 20, 2008 #4 Share Posted November 20, 2008 Yep, 7202,what do ya need to know? Go to the http://www.geocities.com/mahdnc/Cabinpix.html and look at the posting for 7202 for Millennium (they are all the same on the "M" class ships) She has everything and it's uncle down about this cabin...including tape measurments of EVERYTHING!. Must be 100 pictures or more, including electric outlets etc!!:D:D
chessbriar Posted November 21, 2008 #5 Share Posted November 21, 2008 They are not all the same on one ship, but from ship to ship yes. The corner cabin are larger and so is the balcony. The corners have metal walls where as the others have glass. The ones on deck 9 have problems with early morning scraping of chairs from above. The are awesome cabins, you if can grab one take one We just had 8181 on Connie two weeks ago. Fantastic. The only cabin I would consider taking instead it a Celebity Suite, for the money. WorldofTnT Posted November 21, 2008 #6 Share Posted November 21, 2008 We just got off the Constellation in FV Cabin 8166 (1 hour ago we left the ship). We LOVED this cabin. It felt like a suite. The only Negative is that sometimes we had a raw sewage smell on he balcony that we could not place where it was coming from. The room is HUGE with tons of space in drawers and closets. The Bathroom is the same size as the other cabins bathrooms. Trey
Rare scubacruiserx2 Posted November 21, 2008 Author #7 Share Posted November 21, 2008 Yep, 7202,what do ya need to know? We will be in 7199- the corner. Do you get any perks like the CC's? Are they fairly quiet? Are the balconys very windy? Also, do you get the smoke from the port side smoking areas? Thanks

Also, do you get the smoke from the port side smoking areas? Thanks We were in the cabin right above 7199.... No wind hardly at all. No smoke from the ship either. Our friends that had a CC cabin on the side of the ship (not back of ship) said our cabin had a great deal less wind than they did. No Concierge class perks at all. Rare scubacruiserx2 Posted November 21, 2008 Author #10 Share Posted November 21, 2008 Thanks young2by2. We are doing a Transatlantic in April 2009. I think the space will be far more important than the perks.
WorldofTnT Posted November 21, 2008 #11 Share Posted November 21, 2008 You will LOVE it. We did. We loved having ours for the trip. The rooms are almost silent and much quieter than other cabins . The glass divider wall and the hall way make a huge difference in noise levels. Trey
SusieV Posted November 21, 2008 #12 Share Posted November 21, 2008 We had 7199 earlier this year and loved it. I don't know if we could ever go back to a regular veranda after experiencing a corner FV.
