45 Linear Inches?

I just called the airlines and was told that the luggage couldn't be no more

than 45 linear inches. Hmmmm..... Length X Width X Height....... Seems to me

that the answer would be more than 45 inches if you used average numbers.

My luggage is at my girlfriends house. The one bag (on wheels) is about 36

inches. Hmmmmm...... HHHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Talk to someone else, the above posters are correct. Sounds like they gave you the carryon number. The checked is generally 60+ inches. The 50 lbs is also correct for intra US flights. Since most of us can't get direct overseas flights, we just use 50 as the number.
