Good question. I "discovered" ships 18 months ago. But being an Aussie, QE2 visited here no more than once per year, so the opportunities weren't as readily available as they would have been to those in the UK.

Ah, I did notice you are located in Australia and figured that might have something to do with it, I guess the only way might have been to take a segment of her world cruise and fly to/from wherever?

 

I'm sure you realise you missed a lot, we sailed on her 6 times, and I am sad it's all come to an end. The only ship I've ever been on, I'm ashamed to say, but as you can see below I am about to give the QM2 the chance she no doubt deserves ;)

Thank you Sir Martin, I've been lurking about on and off, probably more so over the past week or two.
