Pre register for Culinary Arts Classes??

Can you pre register for the Culinary Arts Class? I see in the Holland America book on the Caribbean cruises that you can purchase a Signature Service package for a Suite Elite package. Has anyone bought this package??

To my knowledge, you can't pre-register for these classes. You have to wait until you are on board.

Are the cooking classes/ demos worthwhile?

You can't pre-register for the cooking classes and when we were on the Veendam for 36 days in September/October they just didn't bother having any!

They did have culinary demonstrations but frankly they were poorly presented and a waste of time. I went to one of them and the chef said the recipe they used called for nine eggs but for home application we should cut the number in half....this of course left us all scratching our heads trying to determine how you divide nine eggs in half.
