Which S Beach Marriott?

After much procrastination I have narrowed it down to The Marriott South Beach or Marriott Courtyard South Beach, which is better as far as location and which is a nicer property? I am not a big night life person so being close to clubs is not important!

The Marriott South Beach is much nicer than the Courtyard and it is oceanfront. The Courtyard has a really cool rooftop pool with great views.

 

The location is a wash really. CByM is on Washington Avenue close to many nightclubs but the MSB is almost next door to Nikki Beach.

 

I think I would have to go with the Marriott because it is a nicer hotel. Don't get me wrong, the CbyM is very nice but the Marriott is more upscale.
