tbmrt Posted December 11, 2008 #1 Share Posted December 11, 2008 Everyone makes their drink specials differently, but I researched the Solstice's listed in the recent dailies and came up with the following: Hope this goes through OK PAPA DOBLE 1 Maraschino Cherry 0.5 Grapefruit Juice 6 drops Grenadine 1 Scoop Ice 2.5 oz. Rum Chiaro Di Luna Shake brandy, BOLS curacao and grapefruit juice with ice. Strain into a flute, and top with chilled champagne. Garnish with a grapefruit slice. ingredients * 2.5 oz. Grapefruit Juice 1 oz. Brandy * 1 oz. Champagne 0.5 oz. BOLS Triple Sec Curacao * Champagne Flute garnish grapefruit slice London Iced Tea Recipe Ingredients My Bar 1/2 oz Amaretto 3/4 oz Gin 3/4 oz Rum 3/4 oz (fresh) Lemon Juice 1/2 oz Simple Syrup 4 oz Coca-Cola London Iced Tea Directions Shake all ingredients (except cola) with ice and strain into a collins glass three-quarters filled with ice. Top with coca-cola and stir. Garnish a wedge of lemon, and serve. Serve London Iced Tea in a Collins Glass Champagne and Wine Drinks Yellow Jacket recipe Invented in 2005, by Daniel Bristol, at Logans on Campus in College Station, Texas. This is what happens when bartenders get bored. In the dim lights of the bar this shots looks like black and yellow bee stripes. (Also known as a Bobby Bumble-Bee. LOL) Scale ingredients to servings Bottom of Form 1/2 oz 99 Bananas® banana schnapps 1/2 oz peach schnapps 1 splash pineapple juice DeKuyper® Razzmatazz liqueur Jagermeister® herbal liqueur Yellow Jacket Shake: ½ oz 99 Bananas, ½ oz Peach Schnapps, and a splash of pineapple juice. strain into an old-fashioned glass or similar. Sink Razzmatazz Float Jagermeister serve in Old-Fashioned Glass Temptation Cocktail recipe (not sure if this is the same as Oldest Temptation on Solstice!) Ingredients * 1 1/2 oz blended whiskey 1/2 tsp Dubonnet® French vermouth 1/2 tsp triple sec 1/2 tsp anis liqueur 1 twist orange peel 1 twist lemon peel Shake blended whiskey, Dubonnet, triple sec, and anis with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twists of orange and lemon peel and serve. BLOOD-AND-SAND COCKTAIL 1/2 oz. Scotch 1/2 oz. Cherry Brandy 1 tbs. Orange Juice 1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve. Sgroppino al Limone Frothy Lemon Sorbetto Ingredients: 2 cups (16 oz) lemon sorbet, softened 2 Tbsp vodka (optional) 1/3 cup Il Sogno di Annibale prosecco 4 Tbsp cream or half-and-half Region: Veneto Instructions: Chill 4 to 6 champagne flutes. In a bowl, whisk lemon sorbet until smooth. Gradually whisk in vodka, cream and Prosecco. (All ingredients may also be mixed in a blender.)
