OK, I'll start with 2 recipes I've tried. The 1st is the Mediterrean Fish Stew. It's easy and fantastic. Almost as good as the Boullabaise they serve on SD.

Yesterday, I was going through SD withdrawals. For those of you who don't know what this is.......... it's missing your cabin, the cabin stewardess, the food, your somalier, the service.

So, I tried the Crab and Corn Soup, with a nice bottle of Pinot Grigio and some French Breach. It's a great way to "come Down" off the SD "high". Highly recommend it. Nice and Light. Great way to start shedding the SD pounds!
