RC's web site reservation

[cruisin' 4 fun]

I tried to sign in for out Feb. 28th NOS cruise. RC's web site says our reservation is unavailable. Is it just me or is it their web site. Thanks in advance.

As many already know, Saturday night is web site maintenence night at RCCL. Try again tomorrow morning. You should have no problem.:D

Yeah, I can't get into my reservations either. I was starting to freak out until my husband told me the site is probably just down for maintenance. DUH! LOL

Don't be surprised if you can't get to it until late Sunday night or Monday morning.

They usually work on the site all weekend. ;)

Hi All

 

Since RCI added custom air to our reservation we can no longer make online payments (we like to pay off each month to reduce the shock 8 weeks out!). RCI admitted this is a known software fault and don't know when it will be resolved.

 

However, now that they have removed the fuel surcharge (as we sail in 2009), we can't even check the payments section and now get an error (it is repeated twice!)

This has been happening since the middle of last week so I doubt it's just due to weekend maintenance.

 

I've emailed RCI to see what the problem is.

 

Has anyone else experienced this?
