Mooguy Posted December 24, 2008 #1 Share Posted December 24, 2008 I know I have seen it before but can't remember but don't a few lines do a couple of cruises to Bermuda out of a Florida port?

1 HappyCruiser Posted March 11, 2009 #5 Share Posted March 11, 2009 For some reason the cruise lines don't seem to want to offer cruises to Bermuda from Florida. My only guess is that they can't get the ships filled as easily as Baltimore or NJ/NY.

Take a look at the miles from Florida to Bermuda compared to NJ/NY. it would take more sea time to get there and back and there would be less time on Bermuda from Florida. Take a look at how far Florida is to anywhere in the Caribbean including Mexico. Less miles than from Florida to Bermuda. The Caribbean is the natural market for cruises from Florida. Mooguy Posted March 12, 2009 Author #7 Share Posted March 12, 2009 There was a Costa cruise out of Fl to Bermuda in 2010 but they must have pulled it or it sold out and not showing up. MSC has one next month on the Orchestra and another planned next year on the Magnifica.
