We have booked an s suite and wonder if we can have a table for 4 do we book it through our TA of the consierge after we have boarded? We are not anti social it is just that this will be our 5th cruise in 2 years and we really just want to have some nice family time a dinner! Randyk47 Posted November 11, 2004 #2 Share Posted November 11, 2004 There are tables for 4 and your TA should be handle it for you. If by chance you get assigned to a larger table before the cruise you can either continue to work with your TA to get it changed or, if that failures, work with the dining room staff once on the ship. If you're in a suite, one that qualifies for the Neptune Lounge and services, the folks there can help you out.
sail7seas Posted November 11, 2004 #3 Share Posted November 11, 2004 There are quite a few tables for four. When in an "S" suite, you are promised the dining time of your choice but they do not promise what size/style table. It has been my experience they do their very best to accomodate requests and it is highly likely your wish will be granted. If it is possible, the Maitre d' will assign you what you have asked for. Krazy Kruizers Posted November 11, 2004 #4 Share Posted November 11, 2004 Yes, 'S' category passengers do get preferential treatment when it comes to selecting dining times and table size. Have your TA get a copy of the dining room table numbers. After looking it over, have your TA contact HAL with a specific request - give a couple of table numbers.
