Closest beach to cruise ship pier

Great Bay will be the closest. Little Divi would be the closest and nicest.

My vote goes to Little Divi....I think it's $4 per person taxi ride each way. You can rent chairs/umbrellas and the bar and facilities are not a far walk away. I am thinking of going there for the 3rd time in February.

 

The beach is calm and nice for a day of relaxation.

I vote for Divi as well. LOVED it there. We did the CCL tour

and had lunch, beach games, music, and were able to use the

pool/changing rooms. I have pics if you want to see..email me

A good picture edit program, is Irfanview its free, just go to the name of it and add the rest of a normal web address, there you can shrink the size of the picture.

For anyone wanting to know what Little Divi is like, just goggle "divi" or "little divi" in St. Martaan. You won't have any trouble finding pics.

 

We were there in November and really enjoyed our time there.

 

I don't think you can use the pool any more tho. There was a sign up saying that the pool area was reserved for resort guests only.

 

You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas and there is both a bar and resturant right there.

Thanks for the tip Megan about irfanview. I have tried to attach the pics here too

and it wont let me. Says file is too large.

They must have changed the pool rules from 3 yrs ago, TG they

let us use it then. It is actually hidden, we only knew it was

there because Carnival advertised we could use it with the tour.

We did and were the ONLY ones up there.
