HAL Cancelled our Cruise - what now?!

Wow, so are they charging the same fee, or refunding those booked for the two days they aren't getting? I can't believe they didn't contact you!!

We really appreciated all the wonderful ideas and advice from this Board. :) HAL showed a lot of integrity doing the right thing and was responsible in helping us to get rebooked onto the Westerdam out of Ft. L for the same day. Good to be flexible, I suppose! We're looking forward to a great cruise.

YOu will love the Westerdam and much larger and newer than Veendam. This year will be our 3rd cruise on her.
