GUYnTEXAS Posted January 16, 2009 #1 Share Posted January 16, 2009 Can anyone please tell me which side of the ship is facing Cozumel when in port? I know The Conquest is now docking at Pueta Maya pier but I dont know which way she faces? Thanks for any replies!
TexasGLS Posted January 16, 2009 #2 Share Posted January 16, 2009 When we were there it was the left side (port?) but there was a ship right next to us so all we saw until they left was their boat.
TMWTim Posted January 16, 2009 #3 Share Posted January 16, 2009 Flip a coin to decide. It could be either side.
cruisinmeme Posted January 17, 2009 #4 Share Posted January 17, 2009 Can anyone please tell me which side of the ship is facing Cozumel when in port? I know The Conquest is now docking at Pueta Maya pier but I dont know which way she faces? Thanks for any replies! we were in cabin 6335 on the conquest. this is right side (starboard). we were in cozumel on dec. 5, 2008 (1 1/2 month ago) and it was the port side facing pier. the triumph was on other side of pier, so all you could see was what was going on over there, or watching people board and unboard the ship. now, in mo. bay we (starboard) faced the pier and could see the whole tamale. also the kids from school (band) comes and plays (so don't plan a nap at 3:30) so this was real festive. we have just picked starboard and it for the most part has worked for us. Scooters Posted January 17, 2009 #5 Share Posted January 17, 2009 Port when in port last week. Actually, Port got all of the action. It was the "dock" side in Jamaica and the access point for the tenders in GC. We, of course, had a starboard balcony! .... on the other hand, It has been on both sides during previous cruises.
