Ultimate balcony breakfast

Princess does something called the ultimate balcony breakfast, where a multi course brunch is brought to your room and served with linens etc. on your balcony. We enjoyed this immensely in Alaska, yes it was too cold to use the balcony but the room did just fine. Anyway does holland America offer the same type of thing? I can't recall whether we chose from a selection of items or if it was pre fix but I would love to do this on our Med. cruise.

It reports the cost of breakfast is $25 p/p and dinner is $100. per couple.

 

On HAL, Room Service is complimentary and usually well done. It is not however, on the scale of " the ultimate" given there is no surcharge.

on HAL unlike Princess where you are only offered a continental. Just order everything you might want except the quiche (it always comes cold anyway) and order a bottle of champagne and you have about the same thing and you are sailing in a bigger cabin.

You are also to bring onboard your own champagne for in cabin consumption. So if you are inclined to start ( or for that matter conclude) your day with the bubbly, you can do so without incurring any incremental charges.

Thank you for posting that Breakfast Menu! For me, almost the Best part of cruising is Breakfast on the Balcony. It's SO Relaxing!!:)
