4wheel drive vehicles at the pier?

We were in Aruba a few years back and did a jeep tour to some of the more out of the way places. I understand the roads are still not great and wonder if we wait till we get to the pier for a taxi tour, do they have 4 wheel drive vehicles to get to some of these places like the north coast and natural pool.

We do not wnat to rent a jeep and go off on our own.
