Shipboard Credits

Cruising on the Mariner from Seward to Vancouver on May 20th :D!

I was just informed by our TA that we have received "another" shipboard credit :). We have been upgraded by Regent while cruising on the Navigator, but have never had shipboard credit.

So, looks like Regent wants to make sure people do not cancel and do make their final payment:o.

Even if we can use the credits for excursions, unfortunately, we have pretty much booked everything individually. I tried to book the canopy excursion in Ketchican with Regent but they couldn't find it on their computers .

Any ideas how to use these extra credits while on an all-inclusive cruise?

We have done the wine pairing meal while on the Diamond and Navigator, are those still available?

Obviously, a massage for me and a pedicure/manicure for my wife are options? Okay, a massage for her also !

If we can use the credits for excursions, does anybody have a "don't miss" in Sitka that we should book?

Any help would be greatly appreciated ;).

We need to make our final payment in a little less than a month.

Our TA informed us that we had received a $500 SBC a month ago and just let me know that we have been given an additional $500 a couple days ago.

I did contact him, after he spoke with Regent, he isn't feeling like we will be able to get any cash back (which makes perfect sense to me). I have no idea why Regent would give back cash (they are still trying to make money, not lose it). It seems the purpose of the SBC's is to make sure people don't cancel because of the economy (which I imagine must be coming at a higher rate).

This is a cruise that did NOT receive the free excursions and I did not see anything on the RSSC site saying that this was available. Not sure if it is a special program that Regent has worked out with our TA's company either.

Thanks for all of your help.
