What a great surprise!

 

A lady drove up to our house this afternoon bearing gifts... Our cruise documents!

 

FedEx delivered them Friday before last... to the wrong house several blocks away. :eek:

 

This very nice lady was going through her recycle bin this morning and spotted the folder - her kids must have thrown it in there for her attention...

 

At any rate... we have our Docs and are doing the Doc Dance. (With our eyes crossed in honor of the dyslexic delivery.)

 

I'm sure this is fairly uncommon. Hopefully there aren't MANY stories like this out there!

Wow, congratulations on getting the docs! In 2007 our docs arrived by taxi. DHL didn't deliver to our area, so they sent them the last part by taxi. We signed for them with the driver. We were amazed, but your story is even better!

I think you might be the first to have your documents resting in a stranger's recycling bin before you get them.

 

It's funny to think about documents arriving by taxi too.

 

I guess having the TA just hand them to me is rather pedestrian:p

Wow! You are lucky. We are still waiting for our documents for the Oosterdam Feb. 28 Panama Canal cruise. Enjoy looking through them!

At least you got them in good condition.

Hopefully FedEx will require mandatory eye exams in the future.
