Rare NorbertsNiece Posted February 2, 2009 #3 Share Posted February 2, 2009 I wish! I wish I had an upgrade for each time I saw that in my reservation.... I'd be in an owners suite by now!! ;)
Gonzo70 Posted February 2, 2009 #4 Share Posted February 2, 2009 That is a rather common message to receive when trying to log into your reservation. 99.99% of the time it means nothing other than that you need to wait a bit to access your reservation. RevSmith Posted February 2, 2009 #7 Share Posted February 2, 2009 Or your cruise has been cancelled. ;) I had that happened once a long time ago...but RCI took care of it...and I have been a good customer since then.:D
sunnysavannah Posted February 2, 2009 #8 Share Posted February 2, 2009 Our HONEYMOON cruise was cancelled! We didn't find out until we pulled up at Port Canaveral! BUT they gave us our money back and a free cruise! We got back on the road and saw the signs for Disney World and I've been addicted to Disney ever since. (Except for the occasional cruise!):p ETA: We took the cruise for our first anniversary and have loved cruising ever since too!
Rare BillOh Posted February 2, 2009 #9 Share Posted February 2, 2009 The two most common things that cause that are if you left the reservation open in another browser, or something else is happening to cause RCI to access your reservation. Example, you are on waiting list for 2nd seating or if your room is on a guarantee and they have picked your room. I think it locks out any web changes for 30 minutes. Rare silentbob007 Posted February 2, 2009 #10 Share Posted February 2, 2009 I was once told by a phone agent that she couldn't access my account because I had been on it online a couple of minutes prior.

HappyStamper Posted February 3, 2009 Author #14 Share Posted February 3, 2009 My question was tongue-in-cheek. I was able to access my reservation about five minutes later and, no, my cabin assignment had not been changed. :sigh:
