How long for refund to show up?

Our cruise price dropped after final payment and in addition to getting an upgrade, we're all supposed to be getting a $50 refund. Does anyone have any idea how long that should take to show up on the credit card? It's been about 3 weeks and nothing yet...

Mine recently took less than 10 days.

I would call if it's been 3 weeks. In my experiences with price drops it's only taken a week or two at most for the credit to show up once I've called the cruise line.
