I can recommend the restaurant at the Grand Hyatt which is connected to Terminal D. I've eaten there a few times and really enjoyed it. Also, unlike the other Hyatt, you don't have to wait for a shuttle bus to get to the hotel. You just go out security in Terminal D, which is easy to get to with the SkyTrain. Just remember to leave enough time to go back through security and to get to your ongoing gate/terminal.

In Terminal D (international terminal) they have added several nice restaurants right in the terminal including Cool River Cafe (great crab cakes), Blue Mesa and Cantina Larado (never eaten at the airport location but just love the one in Frisco).

This is a new terminal and a wonderful place to spend a few extra hours without having to leave the "secure" area.

Reata in terminal D is great as well!

Reata is named after the Little Reata Ranch from the movie, GIANT. Haven't eaten at the airport location - only Fort Worth and Alpine. Would hope it's still great though! :)
