CrabbyHarper Posted February 5, 2009 #1 Share Posted February 5, 2009 Do the adjoining doors cut down on sofa size or storage on cat D1 on the Explorer? Any negatives to having adjoining cabins if you don't know the folks in the other cabin?
cb at sea Posted February 5, 2009 #2 Share Posted February 5, 2009 You may have a loveseat, instead of a full sofa...not a big deal. The door will remain locked if the folks in the connecting room aren't part of your group. No worries. It's just like connecting rooms in a hotel! megr1125 Posted February 5, 2009 #3 Share Posted February 5, 2009 You will most likely be able to hear thru the door as well...this may or may not be an issue for you....it is for us, but we spend a lot of time in our cabin (and for somereason our dumb luck would contribute to that too!) CrabbyHarper Posted February 5, 2009 Author #4 Share Posted February 5, 2009 I was able to book a non-adjoining room, although not too close to our group. We like to be able to stretch out on the sofa and read a book, so a love seat wouldn't do.
