Refund - Fuel Surcharge

This has probably been answered to everyone's satisfaction - but as I promised I would let you know - we received $63 per person refund on last weeks' Crown Princess cruise. (25 Jan to 1 Feb)

Good for you. We were expecting $70 each for a 14 day cruise, and it was something like $56, as they had other charges they deducted.

It was nice to know we got something back, especially without asking! The refund almost offset our weekly gratuities so we were able to give a little more than usual to those who made a difference.

We received a $51 refund back on our card for a 14 night cruise leaving next month. I called my TA, as we paid $252 in feul surcharges. I believed the $51 credit was due to slight price drop that I noticed the day of final payment. Anyhow, after several phone calls with the TA, I am supposed to be refunded the $201 they still owe me. We'll see...hope they get it right this time.
