mimicsr Posted February 17, 2009 #1 Share Posted February 17, 2009 Does anyone know for sure how many formal nights there are on a 14-night transatlantic? We're on the 4/19 sailing of the Vision out of Dominican Republic, ending in Harwich, England on 5/3. Any info on this would be appreciated. CRUSINGFAMILY Posted February 17, 2009 #2 Share Posted February 17, 2009 We have always had 3 on our past transatlantics, you can actually call them and they will give you the nights dress codes, i know there is always some in our meet and mingle groups who calls and gives us the low down. Have a great cruise. wish we were sailing with you, our son's school doesn't end until the end of April or we have been with you. Happy sailing Brian J

mimicsr Posted February 18, 2009 Author #5 Share Posted February 18, 2009 Thanks for the replies. The longest cruise we've been on was 12 nights Med. back in 2005, so I wasn't sure about a 14-nighter. Due to luggage restrictions, it looks like it will be dressy black pants and a succession of diff. sparkley tops, and change of ties for DH!!
